AFC is a family-run business – founded almost 30 years ago by Ing. Franz Sterkl, who laid the foundations for AFC’s success through his vision, passion and strong sense of values. He firmly believes that sustainable growth is only possible through reliability, quality and innovation.
Today, 30 years after the company was founded, we are taking the next step: the family of entrepreneurs is preparing for a stable and harmonious transition to the second generation. Daughter Viktoria Stöber, MA, has been with AFC for over ten years and, as Head of Organisation, is shaping the company’s future development with high standards of quality and a strong team-oriented approach. Son Maximilian Sterkl, MA, has been part of AFC for four years and is responsible for Sales & Technology – a division he is successfully developing with a fresh perspective and a clear vision for the future.
The success of our family business is based on the interplay of experience and the adoption of new perspectives.
