AFC is a family-run business founded almost 30 years ago by Ing. Franz Sterkl, who laid the foundations for AFC’s success through his vision, passion and strong sense of values. He firmly believes that sustainable growth is only possible through reliability, quality and innovation.
Today, nearly 30 years after the company was founded, we are taking the next step: the family is preparing for a stable and harmonious transition to the second generation. Daughter Viktoria Stöber, MA, has been with AFC for over ten years and, as Head of Organisation, is shaping the company’s future development with high standards of quality and a strong team-oriented approach. Son Maximilian Sterkl, MA, has been part of AFC for four years and is responsible for Sales & Technology – a division he is successfully developing with a fresh perspective and a clear vision for the future.
